Poet. Born in 1999. He grew up in Cartago and later in Alajuela, where he graduated from the Collegium Redemptorist school. He studied law at the Universidad Hispanoamericana. Winner of the Student Festival of the Arts (2017) in the poetry category and recipient of third prize in the National Literary Competition Letra Joven (2017). His poems were published in journals in Argentina, Bolivia, Spain, Colombia, and Mexico. Author of the poetry collections Lupercalia (Mexico City, 2020) and Catorce días bajo la nieve (Fourteen Days Under the Snow; San José, 2021). He died on August 21, 2025, in Mexico City during a tour undertaken at the invitation of the Octavio Paz House Museum.
