Writer, journalist. Participant in the Second Russian Avant-Garde. Born in 1943 in Moscow. Before her repatriation to Israel in 1971, she was actively involved in the literary and artistic underground, producing samizdat poetry collections. Author of an anthology of poetry from the new avant-garde of the 1960s, as well as numerous articles and interviews; co-curator (with Mikhail Grobman) of several exhibitions of contemporary Russian art. Since 1993, she has been the editor-in-chief of the journal Zerkalo (The Mirror). Lives and works in Tel Aviv.
