Belarusian poet, prose writer, and playwright. Born in Minsk in 1965. Graduated from the Faculty of Philology at Belarusian State University. Made his debut as a poet in periodicals in 1983 (newspaper Literature and Art). Published in the collective collections Maladyya halasy (Young Voices, 1985), Vusny (Lips, 1985), Tuteyshiya (The Locals, 1988), and Krugly hod. Hoku belaruskih paetau (The Whole Year Round. Haiku by Belarusian Poets, 1996).
